The Great Frozen North

First time seeing the sun since sometime back in December, pretty much been a sideways blizzard with wind chills running to minus 25-30. Not as much snow as could be on the ground because of all that wind, took the open shot, geared up and went for a walk up the lane today with the camera....

Motordrive Fourth

I shot this sequence last night, my roomie decided to see what would happen if he did the 'ol grenade toss into the field next door instead of launching it out of the mortar tube.

I love the motordrive function on the camera, I jacked the ISO to 6400 and opened the lens wide (f3.4) and just held down the trigger....  It was considerably darker in reality.

Fun shit, made a satisfying BOOM!
